    I received this item quite fast but unfortunately the ND filter cracked before I opened the package. I contacted the store worried that they might not want to replace it for me but instead they quickly help me sort out the problem by sending me a new ND filter. 5 stars for the service. As for the product try not to screw the GoPro too tight as it will leave a mark on the gopro, wish I had spend extra for the one with the back door, alas the product work exactly as described. One thing to be careful of is when you connect it to the plastic mount, it’s quite hard to make it stay in place as the casing is quite heavy for the mount.
