KINDLY REMINDER
1. Heating
Because of Al alloy material and multiple functions,the adapter will be a bit warmer when using,it\’s normal phenomenon and has no effect on its performance
2. Resolution
(1) HDMI port provides resolution up to 3840×2160@30Hz;VGA port MAX 1920×1080@60Hz
(2) For HDMI+VGA version, HDMI and VGA ports can NOT be used at the same time.
3. Charging
(1) As this adapter costs about 7.5W for working,laptop charging speed will be slower through hub adapter
(2) Do NOT support fast charging cellphone through usb port,as total current of 3 USB 3.0 ports is MAX 1.5A(with PD charging);Only support connecting 1 HDD/SSD at a time.
(3) USB-C female port is only for power delivery, NOT for data transferring,please choose power adapter(not included) based on PD protocol
(4) If usb-c port does not support charging function,then it can NOT charge your laptop through this adapter,please confirm first whether usb-c port supports charging your device
(5) To ensure stable signal transmission,we strongly recommend to provide power delivery for adapter
(6)For Xiaomi laptops,when connecting to original power adapter through ugreen usb c hub,laptop screen might keep flashing,we suggest changing to another PD power adapter such as Apple,Dell or other PD power adapter to charge your laptop.When not connecting original xiaomi power adapter,all functions work.
4. Wi-Fi Interference
To prevent Wi-Fi interference,please unplug ethernet cable and PD charging cable from adapter when not using

(1) For Mac OS system,you could install drive to solve the problem from our official website(www.ugreen.com);
(2) For Windows system,you could solve it by setting network options(contact our customer service)
5.For iPad Pro 2018,due to IOS system limitation,we do not advice the connection, it is not fully compatible with iPad pro. As it just supports 12W PD charging and max 2500*1600 resolution through all ugreen usb-c adapter,other functions are not allowed.

до Москвы шло почти два месяца, но задержали посылку в Екатеринбурге сильно. пришло все в фирменном пакете, внутри все упаковано хорошо, сам адаптер пахнет как новенький МакБук! кто знает этот запах, тот оценит) все хорошо упаковано, запечатано, работает отлично и приятное качество!

Perfect! It feels strong in the hand. Aluminium case. The color is not matching right, but its ok for me. All connections are working on my Macbook Pro 2017 model. One thing to mention is when its connected to the hdmi port it gets warn/hot. But i think its normal because its of aluminium and the metal is taking the heat from the board, like the mac book itself. Thank you for such a good product at this price.

Adapter came nicely packaged. Color is not exactly same as my space gray mac, but that is just a detail. I’ve tried USB port, SD card reader, Ethernet and HDMI out on my Mackbook Air and all those are working. Very satisfied so far.

Looks good so far. Haven’t tested HDMI and Ethernet yet. Device does heat up a little bit more. Charging through device is bit slower comparing to direct connection.
